Bridger's 1st Birthday!

Bridger's Birthday was Sunday October 24. After Church, we had my Brother Kris and his wife Jaymi and little boy Krew come and have dinner. We then had Bridger's Birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday and opened presents. It was a lot of fun!

These are a couple of presents that Bridger got for his Birthday!

This is a Truck from the movie Cars. Aunt Jeanette sent it for him. Both Olivia and Bridger love to play with it.

This is a little truck that Olivia picked out to give Bridger! She was so excited she couldn't wait for the party for him to open it. Just like her Daddy.

This is what Nanna and Pappa King sent him. When you push down on the Driver it sings a little song and Bridger will sit and bounce up and down while it plays! It's the cutest thing you have ever seen.

While I was changing his diaper, his spotted his balloons and when I turned around to get a new diaper, he snuck away!!

Bridger's 1st Birthday Cake!! He was sooo Happy!! By the time he was done I had to take him to the tub and hose him down and then get him dress back in his clothes to open presents.

Our Story

Rob & I were set up by our trainers at the gym, Dash & Ivar. Our 1st date was on March 1, 2006, & I knew that night that he was different than all the other guys I had dated. By the 2nd date I knew that I was in trouble because I couldn’t see my self with anyone else, (although I kept that to my self, I didn’t want to scare him off). By the end of April, we were engaged, & we were Married on June 17, 2006 in the Manti Temple.
We started out living with Rob’s Mom for about a week while the Condo in Farmington was being finished, & then we (Rob, Me, & Gage) moved in. We loved the Condo, everything was new & clean! But we soon discovered that we didn’t really like living with our neighbors so close, no yard, &, it must be said, the Nazi Homeowners Association. So around January we started looking at houses. We didn’t really see anything we liked & the few that we did like, fell through. So we thought we would start looking in different areas. Rob asked his boss if they needed anybody in the Northern Utah area & he said no. So we kept looking.
Then in March we went on a little Vacation to St. George. We GREATLY enjoyed our selves & the weather. I even made the comment that hey, this is a nice place, I wonder what it would be like to live here. Then in April Robs boss called & said that they did need people in the St. George area & would we like to move there. So Easter weekend we drove down, just to see if we could find anything we liked. By Sunday, circumstances being what they were, we had found the house we liked the best & bought it. To make things even more interesting, the following Tuesday we found out we were pregnant!
So in June we packed up and moved down. Olivia was born on December 18, 2007. She weighed 7 lbs. 2oz. & was 18 ½" long, and that brings us up to date.
